He doesn’t start with “what should we build?” He starts with “what’s actually broken?” Started Midcoast Works because he got tired of watching agencies charge premium prices for template sites and plugin soup, and businesses getting burned by “solutions” that created more problems than they solved. Believes every business deserves a website that doesn’t suck, and that it should fix real problems instead of just looking pretty.
